College Tuition: A Hardship for American Families To flourish in America today, the average student will have to go to a high-quality college, earn a degree and land a successful job to eventually support a family. However, success is easier said than done, because all of those steps are vital. The step that many Americans struggle with is affording a high-quality college, not because they aren t smart or skilled enough, but because Americans cannot pay for the pricy tuition and additional expenses. The rising of college tuition scares many, even though they yearn for a college degree. For the planning of an organization, the manager can use the historical, present and future information obtained from management accounting which based on the organization’s situation and position in predicting organization’s future needs, setting clearer objective and implementing specific strategies that can bring achievement to the organization. We examined literacy and numeracy skill among patients to explore their association with anticoagulation control Methods and Result: Patient older than age of 50 attending 2 anticoagulation management units were prospectively enrolled. We measured literacy and international normalized ratio in Indian rupee. During 3 months follow up period we calculate the variability of the Indian rupee and the amount of time a patients INR was within a therapeutic range variables associated with bleeding and effectiveness. Among 143 patients, 75 were able to read the health related words at the eigthed grade level. Patients self report grade was completely higher than the measured literacy grade. While other 79% had completely at least eight grade. Sixty nine patients answered none or correctly answered fewer than two of the six numeracy questions. The INR variability was among patients with lower and lower numeracy skills. Time in range was similar among patients at patient at different literacy levels.
